I have an idea of making an app which is a catalog of android apps that you can get by sideloading. This means that this app catalog only links to where the app is downloadable. (e.g A link to the developer's website) This app would only be a store front with reviews screenshots and ratings. Is this in violation of the Google Play policies? Would this be great for people wanting to make android sideloading more mainstream?
